Note: We charge per room for our cleaning services. We estimate the total price by adding up the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, office, and sunroom (if applied). We thoroughly clean the hallways, living room, playroom, and dining room free of charge. Let us know when booking, how many rooms you need cleaned, and the total price will reflect only that number.

​Our Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning Service: $80 Per Room ~

(a two to three day cleaning for one price)

The Total Top-to-Bottom Cleaning is a unique service that most cleaning companies do not offer. Our Owner, John, dedicates two to three full days to thoroughly clean every aspect of your home. He works diligently to clean all living spaces and organizes your environment. A major focus of this service includes dusting, cleaning, and polishing both the light fixtures/fans, showers/sinks/toilets, countertops/cabinets, and interiors and exteriors of appliances, as well as walls and baseboards. John spends approximately five hours each day restoring your home to a fresh, like-new condition.

Our Property Care Packages

These two New Packages are designed to help you with specific types of cleanings;

​

  • Our Property Wellness Package is designed to send a helping hand to loved ones. This is a cleaning session that can be scheduled regularly or as needed to check in and clean your family's home. Our Specialist, John, conducts a two-hour visit during which he performs light organizing, full room cleaning, household chores, laundry folding, and addresses safety concerns. All to ensure your loved one is taken care of. (This package is $80 per visit)​​

  • Our Market-Ready Package is perfect for people looking to move. Our Owner will personally help you pack all of your belongings, clean the property, and clean the surrounding areas. ~ $90 Per Room (This price covers a three-day moving timeframe ~ more days can be discussed if needed)​

  • *Complete Room Recovery ~ $100 Per Room

  • Closet Arrangement ~ $50 Each

  • Pantry Refresh​ ~ $80

  • All Kitchen Cabinets, Clean and Sort ~ $150

  • *Refrigerator, Clean and Sort ~ $50

  • Garage Organization ~ $300

Residential Odd Jobs & Home Support Package


Our Odd Jobs & Home Support service provides friendly, hands‑on assistance with the small tasks that make a big difference. Whether you need help around the house, support for a senior loved one, or an extra set of hands during a busy week, we’re here to make life easier, safer, and more organized.

Here’s Included;

 

  • Household tasks and tidying up areas

  • Laundry folding and sorting

  • Organizing Spaces like (closets, cabinets, pantries)

  • Lifting or moving small items

  • Cleaning Specific Areas

  • Trash and recycling help

  • Seasonal décor setup or takedown

  • Technology basics (remotes, phones, tablets)

  • Small errands (mail, pharmacy, light shopping)

The Package has negotiable pricing based on what you need completed!
