How many people should I expect at my house?
Currently, we have one dedicated professional who handles all recurring services and package cleanings—our owner, John. He personally conducts each cleaning and will meet with you to ensure the highest quality service.
Do you move furniture while you're cleaning?
The short answer is no. Our team works hard to clean, dust, vacuum, and mop under furniture or belongings that we can reach without bending. We’d love to know if you’d like us to move any smaller items to help with the dusting. Just keep in mind that we don't move beds, furniture, or appliances to clean underneath them. Thank you for understanding!
If I only need one room cleaned, can I still get side rooms and hallways cleaned for free?
We typically offer to clean certain rooms and hallways at no additional cost because we aim to provide a thorough service. However, we also need to consider the time our team members spend in each house and ensure they are compensated fairly. Therefore, we only provide complimentary cleanings of additional spaces when you book at least three rooms for cleaning.
Do you drive more than 1 hour outside of your service area?
At Moore's Cleaning and More, we proudly serve Camden, Burlington, and Ocean County in New Jersey. If you're outside these areas, we're still available to help! Please note that a $25 gas fee will apply for each extra hour we drive from our office. If you are within an hour's drive from us, there’s no additional charge.
Which Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products do we use?
Some brands we choose to clean with include, Grove Collaborative, Method Products, Aunt Fannie's, Scrub Daddy, Seventh Generation, Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day
We use these products because of their nontoxic, plant-based ingredients and reusable packaging. They use everyday ingredients like vinegar, citric acid, essential oils, enzymes, and plant-based soaps. All of these products are packaged with 100% recycled plastics. This helps prevent more plastics from ending up in landfills and reduces the carbon footprint of transportation because of the lighter materials. We want to clean your home with the safest and reusable products available.
Do you offer any discounts?
Note: You can only claim one discount or gift card per visit
Yes, we do! We also have a few other discounts to honor Seniors, Single Parents, and Veterans. Just mention to us the (codeword) when booking that best describes you and the discount will be applied.
